Staying at The Serai was an incredible experience! The location amidst lush coffee plantations set a serene atmosphere for our getaway. I was thoroughly impressed by the fantastic service provided by the courteous staff, especially the attention given to my son's first birthday celebration. However, I did find the need for maintenance assistance to operate the jacuzzi a bit inconvenient. Overall, it was an exceptional stay with just a minor drawback.
The resort has a vast property with beautiful landscapes and private cottages, which are great for a peaceful stay. The amenities and independent cottages are well designed, making for a comfortable experience. However, the service leaves much to be desired, as staff interactions can be unfriendly and inattentive. While the cottages are lovely, the dining options and service quality do not match the standard of the resort's environment.
Our getaway at the resort was beyond amazing! The natural beauty surrounding the property is stunning, and the private pool in our villa was just the luxurious touch we needed. The staff were incredibly attentive, making our dining experience memorable, especially catering to my vegan preferences. However, it's a shame some experiences with room service weren't up to par, which slightly affected our overall impression.

Although our experience was remarkable, the price felt quite high initially, but ultimately it was worth the splurge for such a luxurious escape.
